What is Futuretech?
Futuretech is a company based in Uganda that connects freelancers to employers with the aim of making work done for employers and enable freelancers earn money!
Can I have more than one account?
It is forbidden to create more than one account, this may lead to closure of both accounts without prior notice and once account is closed, it is un retrievable together with its funds
Can I withdraw from employer Account?
No! and you can transfer funds from worker's account to employer's account but you cannot do it vise versa!
What is Success rate?
Success rate is the percentage representation of user performance in terms of accuracy while doing tasks, success rate increases when user's task is marked as valid by the employer, and decreases when a task is marked invalid. When success rate become 15% and below, the user cannot submit more tasks until when it is increased!
What is User Level?
The level helps to show user's experience in terms of tasks accuracy. go Here to see how level is determined.
Can I exchange Points into Cash?
No,Points cannot be exchanged into cash, however users with more points can access higher paying jobs
Who are the employers?
Employers are users with tasks that they want to be done, you too can become employer, simply click on profile icon and choose switch to employer
How can I create gigs?
Gigs can only be created by users at level of intermediate, simply go to gigs market to get started
Can I finish Task very well and dont get paid?
No! each task to be displayed, the money is already collected from the employer, however it the employer to confirm whether you are paid by marking your task as valid
